Once the above form has been completed and submitted, our Fairy Godmother will be contacting within 24 hours to confirm availability. Requests and messages sent in on the weekend may be delayed as our Fairy Godmother may be assisting with preparing onsite booked events on the weekend.
We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance as dates throughout the year fill quickly, however we are accommodating to last minute requests based on availability!

To reserve your party with us, we require 50% of the total payment to be paid online with a payment link we provide. The remaining half of the total is then due no later than 24 hours before your event date. Handling payment beforehand will make for an easy, money-free, character experience on the day of your event! Feel free to email us with any questions at goldentiaraparties@gmail.com.
Please note that your confirmation email sent upon payment completion is your final form of confirmation of your party for your event.
Performers will send an ETA text the day of to inform of current arrival time and inform of any travel delays due to traffic that may unexpectedly occur.
